Bid 914: Two Days. Real Contracts. Businesses Ready to Bid.
Presented by the African American Chamber of Commerce of the Hudson Valley.
Bid 914 is a two-day working event for small businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs who want contract revenue. Nothing here is lecture-only. Day 1 is a build day: every session produces a finished piece of your bid kit, working from real, currently posted solicitations. Day 2 puts you in the room with buyers, clinicians, and resource partners. You do not leave with inspiration. You leave with documents, decisions, and names.

Friday, January 29, 2027, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET. Meet the buyers. Get feedback. Build relationships.
- Buyer matchmaking: One-on-one meetings with agency buyers and prime contractors
- Bid clinic: Bring a live solicitation or past proposal for review
- Capability statement lab: Finish and sharpen your draft
- Certification help desk: MWBE, DBE, SDVOB
- Resource tables: SBA, lenders, APEX Accelerator, SBDC, county partners
Light breakfast and lunch provided each day.
Cost: Free for AACCHV members. Non-members: $40 for both days, $25 for one day.
